Sales RepresentativeThe candidate will have significant outbound telesales experience (min 2 yrs) to the US/European market, ability to generate new sales opportunities and a demonstrated track record of closing the sale. Other responsibilities include remotely demonstrating the product to prospects and partners, keeping up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and preparing activity and forecast reports, as requested. Experience in outside sales of software development tools & applications is a plus as is direct knowledge of the software development process. Ability to work during US business hours, maintain a consistent activity volume, and excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills are additional requirements. A BS/BA is required.
Graphics DesignerVMLogix is looking for a designer who can create world class visual designs that effectively communicate product function and enhance the user experience, including the design and production of screen layouts, user interface elements and visual communication. The designer will help shape the company brand and advocate for adherence to standards. This energetic individual will be part of the team responsible for lead generation, branding, and user experience (both in our application and through our corporate website). Several years of experience with the Adobe suite of products including Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver, Flash are required. The designer must have experience designing interfaces in HTML/CSS and have strong communication skills. This position requires the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle evolving priorities with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing Programs ManagerThe Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for overall outbound lead generation strategy, including planning and execution of programs to achieve bookings targets. The candidate must have a proven track record of creating programs that secure highly-qualified leads working closely with sales teams and external vendors. Key responsibilities include: Create a lead generation strategy for supporting corporate objectives, delivering the required leads, and supporting the sales team with highly qualified prospects; plan the timelines and budget requirements for all program elements; develop succinct program plans that articulate details such as program objectives, target audience, key messages, metrics and call-to-action details; manage monthly email newsletter and related email campaigns; drive the consistent articulation of our key messages throughout all programs; develop and monitor key program metrics. This position requires a minimum of 2 years direct responsibility for planning and executing demand generation programs for software products with complex sales cycles; experience with online marketing tactics and hands-on event management and planning; proficiency in lead targeting, segmenting, and reporting; outstanding project and logistics management capabilities. Bachelor's degree required.
Support EngineerThis position will support our end users who are software engineers & testers and the IT personnel that administer our product. The position will report bugs and feature requests to the engineering team and generate diagnostics sufficient to allow engineering resolution. Additionally, this person will develop technical notes and FAQs describing the behavior and usage of our software. The vast majority of our support is performed via email. This position requires a BS/BTech in CS or EE; strong technical background, including experiencing writing and debugging web applications and systems preferably in both Windows and Linux environments; experience with scripting languages such a Python, Perl and Tcl, experience writing and debugging test scripts, and prior experience in a product support environment. The successful candidate will have outstanding problem-solving skills, with a willingness and determination to dive into customer problems and work independently to find resolutions.
